We believe in transparent, fair pricing based on your space and cleaning needs. Every home is different, and our rates reflect the time and care required to clean it properly.

Cleaning rates vary depending on factors such as:

• Size of the home or space

• Overall condition

• Flooring type

• Number of occupants and pets

• Type of service requested

Because of this, all cleanings are custom-priced.

Hourly & Flat-Rate Services

• First-time cleanings, one-time cleanings, move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, and post-construction cleanings are billed based on the time required to complete the job.

• Recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are priced as a flat rate after the initial cleaning, so you’ll know exactly what to expect each visit.

All rates include cleaning supplies, equipment, taxes, and insurance.

Base Rate

• Our standard rate is $120 per hour for a three-person cleaning team.

This rate applies to first-time, one-time, move-out, Airbnb, and post-construction cleanings.

Recurring Cleaning Pricing

Recurring service pricing is determined after your first cleaning, which allows us to accurately assess your home and set a consistent flat rate moving forward.
