There are many variables that can change your rate which include type of flooring, indoor pets, how many people live in your home, and special preferences.

Estimates are only estimates! Your final invoice will be based on the SIZE of your home and the CONDITION of your home the day of service. Every home is different and we will customize the budget once we've seen your home. We provide a flat fee for our recurring cleanings as a courtesy so there's never any guess work.

First time cleanings, one-time cleanings and move-outs will be billed based on how long the team took to clean your home. The hourly rate is $120/hr for a team of 3. 

Monthly, bi-weekly and weekly cleanings -- We prefer to clean for you twice -- a first deep clean and then a standard cleaning -- so we can provide a more accurate recurring rate moving forward. These rates are influenced by how long the team needs, the routing time to get to your home, special preferences, etc. 

We accept cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.

IMPORTANT: Estimates over the phone or email, without seeing the home, are no guarantee of your actual fee. Please request a home visit if you have concern about your estimate. 

Our fees allow us to pay a living wage to our employees and provide them vacation and paid holidays. It also enables us to provide you the comfort of knowing we are fully insured.
